Where did you grow up?
I’ve lived all over, but I consider Kansas City home.
Do you have any siblings?
I’m the oldest of eight kids- two sisters and five brothers.
How would your best friend describe you?
Adventurous.
What qualities do you look for in a mate?
I look for someone who’s a good match in the important things- beliefs, adventurousness, intellectualism- and a good contrast in the aspects of life that will keep us interested in each other.
What was the proudest/happiest moment in your life?
I served as a missionary for my church. It took a lot of preparation and, the day I reported for service, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief that I’d finally made it and satisfaction that I was ready.
Describe what you do for a living.
I’m a professional fundraiser for Heartland Soccer Association-- a local non-profit agency that focuses on kids’ health and character development through soccer.
How would you describe your style?
I’m relaxed.
What do you do for fun?
I love to cook, read, travel, play rugby and soccer, paint, shop, listen to music and watch movies.
Who is your celebrity crush?
Zooey Deschanel.
What’s your favorite food?
Ice Cream.

Jazz, Blues, Indie Rock and NY Hip Hop.

City Market.

Are you a night owl or a morning person?
I used to be a night owl, but lately- I get up very early in the morning.
Tell us about a recent trip you took.
I made a road trip to San Francisco- played guitar on the beach, had great food and swam past the breaks during high tide.
Do you have any pets?
A golden chow named Sabi.
What are three luxuries you can’t live without?
Italian chocolate, traveling and my music collection.

Mullets, Dwight Schrute, British Comedies and William Shatner.
