Older sister and a younger brother.

Driven, fun, energetic, and just plain busy.

Probably spring mornings on the little league fields.

Someone with a positive attitude, family-oriented, athletic, and a great sense of humor.

Nothing too exciting.

No one moment comes to mind.
Describe what you do for a living.
Personal Trainer and Firefighter (soon). I guess you could say I help change people’s lives. And hopefully save a few lives in the process.
What do you do for fun?
Play sports, work out, travel, hang with friends, spend time with family, adventurous stuff, to name a few things. It doesn’t take much for me to have fun.
Who is your celebrity crush?
I’ll start with Brooke Burke and Kate Beckinsale.
What’s your favorite food?
Not sure if I have just one – Italian for starters.
Where do you hang out in Kansas City?
Wherever my friends are.

I’m probably more of a night owl than a morning person.

Yes, a dog.

Not sure of my most embarrassing moment but I did fall off the treadmill the other day.

Gym, cell phone, and probably my car.
What makes you laugh?
People actually talking on the phone while lifting weights makes me laugh. Well, that and the obvious… comedians, funny movies, etc,

Skydiving for my brothers birthday.

My clients would probably say, “5 more…”
What’s your favorite physical feature (on yourself)?
I work hard for my physical features (I just try to look the part) – I’ll leave that up to everyone else to decide.

Still alive hopefully.
